Terms
Delivery address
The full order must be mailed to a single address. You must complete a separate order and pay the relevant postage cost for each mailing address (where costs apply).
Additional items
If you wish to add items to your order after this has been completed, please email us. We are happy to add additional items into your order and will only charge the proportionate additional postage charge. This must be completed before the order is dispatched, and may cause delay to the initial order.
Completion of a contract
A binding contract will exist as soon as an accepted payment methord is received by us.
Where goods are to be released, pending receipt of a payment, the contract will come into effect at the time the goods are released.
Cancelling an order
Pre-made orders can be cancelled prior to despatch. Please email us to cancel your order. We will confirm receipt and cancellation.
Orders for items made to a customer's own specifications cannot be cancelled after a contract is deemed to have come into effect.
Returns and exchanges
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our product we are unable to accept any returns, unless goods are damaged.
Any errors, omissions or damage must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt of your parcel, by emailing sales@choccards.co.uk.
The statements above apply in addition to any other statutory rights.
Parcels not recieved
UK
Claims for loss in transit will not be considered until 15 working days has elapsed from the date of despatch.
This is inline with Royal Mail guidelines.
Refunds are issued as soon as Royal Mail have completed their enquirires, Royal Mail are likely to contact you to assist with this.
The refund will include all costs, including postage costs.
Please note that recorded delivery is only traceable at the point of delivery. This means that until the parcel is delivered Royal Mail cam't advise where the parcel is.

We are always pleased to receive positive feedback. We are especially interested to hear your ideas and suggestions.
In the unlikely event you have a complaint about our goods or services, please contact us immediately on sales@choccards.co.uk. We will always do everything we can to resolve this to our mutual satisfaction.
Data Protection
By purchasing from us you will agree to be included on our mailing list. We only email with regards to our own items. If you do not wish to receive emails on our products, please confirm this during the checkout process. You will be given the opportunity whenever we mail to remove your name from our mailing list. Your data will not be shared with any 3rd parties.
